He got infected with the the party hat virus.

Then Everyone Ran Out The Party.

They Need To Find A Cure To This(They Still Are).

There Are 9000000 People In Scratch's World And 565477 Of Them Have The Virus.

(The Virus Lets Say Infected 45% Of Scratch's World.)

But One Day...

On June 14, 2047, They Have Made The Cure But Only 45% Have Lost The Virus.
